Just want to share photos of
Milos going at it with the sand dough :) I added a different touch though with a roller that I bought from an art store.
This blog is all about my life as a mother. The joys of seeing our children grow not to mention the tears, anxieties, frustrations, excitement and fears is something I would like to share with my family, friends and those who care to stop by and read my ramblings. As each day passes by I learn a lot from Katie and Milos, I do hope you'll learn something as well.

Mouldable sand (cloud dough)
When I read about the mouldable sand at The Imagination tree site, I just knew I had to try it with the children.
Armed with 2 trays, a measuring cup, 2 forks, a bagful of shells and alphabet cookie cutters we went out exploring what they have been blogging about as sensationally glorious substance. The best part of it is you only need two ingredients: 5 cups flour and 1 cup baby oil and violaa! It was really so nice to the touch! Best of all, Milos was totally into it... for 3 hours! :D
Milos' hand prints
Katie trying the alphabet cutters.
Her beautiful seascape.
With this activity a big success with Milos, it made me think if making a zen table for them will do wonders, there's only one way to find out :)
Good thing there's plenty of zen table ideas to read at Let The Children Play.
